These terms apply to people browsing Meri Dukaan / Sharda Local Market. The live model is discovery, enquiry, Call and WhatsApp — not a universal Sharda-operated checkout for every product.
Role of Sharda IT Services
- Sharda Local Market is a discovery platform connecting visitors with local vendors. Unless a specific paid item on this website states that Sharda IT is the seller, we are not a party to the vendor–customer sale.
- Product information, pricing, stock and GST invoices for goods are provided by vendors and are their responsibility.
Seller identity and complaints
- Vendor pages are expected to show business name, owner name, city/address and a contact number. GSTIN is shown when the vendor supplied one.
- If a listing looks false or unsafe, use /report. For a purchase dispute with a vendor, contact the vendor first, then file a platform grievance if the listing itself is misleading.
- Whether additional e-commerce marketplace duties apply is LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.
Enquiries
- Enquiries and WhatsApp/Call clicks go to the vendor. Verify price and product before paying anyone directly.
