Can I put a name and date on the passport photo?

Yes, when you turn on “Print name and date on each photo”. The name sits in a white strip at the bottom. Leave that off for passport and portal uploads — the margin label is enough, and the photo stays blank.

Is my photo uploaded to a server?

No. Cropping and the on-device photo model run in your browser. The file is not stored on Sharda servers. Tap Finish, or leave the page, and this desk is cleared.
